Yenmet metallic thread has been developed to run similar to regular embroidery threads at high production speeds without breaking, tangling, or shredding. Unique construction consisting of a nylon core wrapped in a silver exterior which is dyed and then coated with a polyester film provides an incredibly smooth finish and vibrant color sheen.

Just tested out the Yenmet Pink Metallic thread I ordered. (Made in Japan!! Thought it was MIC given the name!) With other brands such as Madeira, my machine would beep and stop. There would be broken thread. This one works w/ my Futura 250!! I used regular needle. Forgot to put the net around it so it beeped once. Once I keep it from entangling, it went so smooth it's as though I had a polyester thread. No breakage at all!! The pink i ordered, however, came a little darker than expected. More like Rose pink. But am very happy Ive found the metallic thread that works w/ my machine!! 1 more thing: check out the size I get for the money?! LOVE IT!!!
