So you want to track your package?


Domestic Shipments
We ship most domestic packages out UPS Ground.  When your package ships you will receive a notification from us telling you that your order is on it's way and a separate email from UPS with your tracking number and a link to track it.  If you do not receive your tracking number, give us a call, we'll gladly retrieve it for you.

On occasion we may have to send a shipment out via Priority Mail (PO Boxes and APO.)  Since we are primarily set up to ship through UPS, this does sometimes delay shipment.

International Shipments
International packages are sent out via United States Post Office Express Service.  This service also allows for some tracking of the package's progress, but is not quite as detailed as UPS tracking.  Packages often get held up in Customs in various countries and we unfortunately have no control over this.  Once the package leaves here, it is completely out of our hands.  We love our international customers and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please keep this in mind when ordering.

We often get asked if we ship international any other way, and after years of experience, we only offer Express Mail service for these shipments.  We apologize if this affects your decision to order from us, but once you lose one uninsured package that has been shipped to you, insurance and tracking information will be worth their weight in gold.  Trust us on this one.  Customs agents and package handlers aren't exactly the gentlest of people.
